Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reports into the head of Airline Solutions Global Program Management.

  • Responsible for aligning the efforts of Airline Solutions Delivery and customer commitments utilizing cross-functional teams to support the company's strategic objectives with high value customers in the EMEA region.

  • Acts as the primary contact with the Airline Solutions customer on all Delivery related matters.

  • Will be accountable for providing leadership, identify and resolving conflicts in the delivery of solutions and drive strategic relationships to deliver the portfolio of products.

  • Collaborate with Airline Solutions cross-function team in defining the priority and plans for the delivery of products across portfolio of products.

  • Drive implementation at each product with the Airline Solution customer using enterprise solution delivery practices.

  • Coordinates project benefits and capabilities that the organization can utilize to sustain, enhance and deliver portfolio objectives.

  • Manages ongoing work through governance structures, creating high level plans that provide guidance to highly complex projects where detailed plans are established.

  • Drives alignment and adherence to standards and direction set by the organization.

  • Removes barriers that prevent efficient execution of projects.

  • Advises senior/executive management of project and client status.

  • Facilitates program level issues.

  • Will understand and address the concerns of the key stakeholders across the business. Should align business decisions keeping in mind functional, non-functional and airline operational aspects to obtain desired business outcomes.

  • Will mentor and groom a cross-team members in the delivery of projects.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years related experience; PMP Certification and/or 5 years’ experience managing IT projects.

  • Sound knowledge of both IT software development and project management methodologies.

  • Able to travel 50% of the time.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization.
